We offer Sports Performance Training for athletes as young as early as Elementary school all the way up to adults who still want to get back into great shape or bring out their “Inner Olympian”. We assist every client on an individual level to achieve an optimum physical performance level, while preparing them for a lifetime of fitness. We offer one on one training, group training as well as team training.

Our coaches will train your son or daughter on the proper way to increase speed, agility, strength, and endurance by using functional training techniques along with coaching proper mechanics. The purpose of this training is to help athletes transfer what they have learned and developed from the gym to the playing field. These classes are recommended for athletes in sports such as baseball, softball, football, basketball, swimming, wrestling, volleyball, track, tennis, golf, soccer, ultimate fighting, cheerleading and any other sport that requires speed, strength and coordination.
Classes are intended for any athlete. He or she must be committed to improving their current athletic skills with a willingness to work at a high level of intensity. These classes will require maximum effort and commitment.
The field of strength and conditioning is extremely dynamic and always changing.
We understand that time is of the essence and athletics are more competitive than ever. A big part of our culture is team sports. Even though there are many outstanding individually talented athletes, learning to coordinate skills, share and support in a team atmosphere is critical.
We take pride in offering team instruction with attention to the smallest details in a challenging, but positive and encouraging environment.
Any team is only as strong as its weakest link so it’s important that a team atmosphere is fostered and each athlete feels supported and being a contributing member of the team.
Girls and Sports
Another big area of focus is working with female athletes – Our females are uniquely and wonderfully made. However we are especially prone to injuries. Our bodies are built differently and we have unique needs and challenges. And especially as hormones are introduced into the body in higher levels, girls are prone to certain injuries if care isn’t taken to develop muscle and tendon strength and flexibility.
As more and more girls are participating in individual and team sports, the need become even greater to ensure that they are adequately prepared to compete at high levels and not suffer unnecessary injuries. Team sports for example, Girls soccer where endurance, speed, strength and incredible agility is so valuable, it’s crucial that the foundation is laid from the pre-teen years.
I will use my experience of grass-roots training in the elements , balanced out with good nutrition, ample sleep and special attention to addressing unique needs to ensure that All Athletes who train with ASET reach and exceed their goals.
